Although the quality of the products and pricing is GREAT!! The process of updating your order is a headache; customer service is very helpful but due to the fact that they ship with UPS they are helpless. I updated my order a week before it was shipped, Wine country/UPS still shipped to meet original date which resulted in 3 failed delivery attempts and almost cancellation of my whole order. I will be calling in any changes from now and on.
