I would give give a 0 but the delivery was was on time. First the gift was missing an item. That was dealt with promptly and professionally, but was inconvenient, I was offered a refund which I should have taken. I received a receipt with my total charges but when my bill came through it was MORE than 20.00 above the receipt. After inquiring I was told “ I had to pick up extra processing and delivery to Canada “. This is not made clear on the ordering page. I will not order again and will not recommend, in fact I will make sure people know of this situation. Satisfaction is not guaranteed
