disappointed in invoicing process

So first let me say teh baskets you provide are very nice and my customers do enjoy them. Teh ordering process is pretty easy as well. What Im most disappointed about is the invoicing process. Im a sales person who purchases and then expenses it to get reinbursed through my company. I need a receipt that has all my payment info along with were is shipped to all on that same invoice. Thast teh only way I can get reinbursed. You currently dont have this process down and cant provide something I can use. I called 6 days ago about this and was told I can expect something in 12 hours. 6 days later Im still waiting. As much as I like your baskets I wil have to try a competitor of your next time to see if their invoicing process is better.
