Broken promises of customer "satisfaction", three times delays

The gift was ordered on April 13-th, as of today, my mother (89-year old) still has not received the gift item. I had called three times, emailed the company at least two times. The "promises" given were the gift item would be delivered by certain date(s), but each time, it was not delivered and a new date was given and it was not delivered. The on-going delays with promises not only broken the trust for the customer but it eroded the mission of the company. The phone receptionists seemed worn out, upset and lack of courtesy. Perhaps they too, were frustrated as well.

I didn't see the basket in person, but the recipient said it arrived the day I had scheduled for it to be delivered (that's a win in itself!). She said it was big & beautiful. She used it a few days later during a party so it was all consumed quickly. I will order this basket again in the future.
