My Granddaughter broke her foot and needed surgery, so I sent her a little pick me up to cheer her up and give her some treats to make her smile, the basket was late on delivery because the shipper had issues that week, I'm guessing a little too busy and not enough people to work it. Yes, one can find out when gift was delivered by checking tracking on delivery company app, not the same as being notified.
