Trying to find the perfect gift for our of state family can be difficult..will they like it..can it be delivered on time..these and other concerns were handled by Wine Country Gift Baskets..my sister in law called to say they had received the gift basket, and were excited to try all the contents..Wine Country shipped the gift basket and it arrived a day early...the only problem she told me about was which delicious treat to start with as there were many to choose from...will definitely be sending future gifts from Wine Country..

Everything went smoothly. I would recommend that you improve customer portal . I had a number of gifts sent and once I checked on an order and then went to check on another order, I had to start the search from the beginning versus going back to the list of orders. And what was reported on the client portal was not as accurate as the information given to me when I called about some of the orders. The client portal needs improvement and the accuracy and timeliness of the information should be more coordinated with your staff information and the information on the client portal. Ultimately, it all worked out fine and I would use your services again.
