Some of the problem was UPS fault in that it was loaded onto the wrong truck for delivery. It got delivered at 7PM after sweltering all day on the truck. Everything that was chocolate was melted and sloppy. Customer service by chat was not helpful in that they refused to fedex a replacement. They insist on only using UPS. The variety of products included was ok although there was not much of any one item. Shipping to Phoenix it was irresponsible of this company to not include cold packs inside the shipping container.

We received this as a gift. The basket only had 10 of the 13 items pictured. The boxed food was very stale. There were expiration dates on 3 things only...not on anything else! I would not recommend this to anyone! Complete waste of money! Very disappointing in taste b/c the basket looks beautiful.

Ordered the gift basket on 07/20/12 for my little sister's 17th Wedding Anniversary on 07/27/12. Was given a guarantee delivery date of 07/27/12. What a deal huh? Nope.... As of 07/29/12 gift basket had not been delivered. Called company as to why it had not been delivered. They had no answer but was very apologetic and told me where it was, this I already knew from the tracking #. Offered to refund the shipping fee which I gladly accepted. Wanted more but what do you do? Brother-in-law had to run down the UPS man to get the basket on 07/30/12. What do you do? I guess order 2 weeks prior to when you need the gift delivered. Gives them more time.

The worse part was ordering from the website. Instead of putting in the date you want it to arrive, as I did, you have to tell the company when to ship it, not knowing how long it will take to get there. When I realized my gift would arrive 5 days late, I called customer service and she was excellent in making sure my gift did arrive the next morning on a Sat. and dropped the weekend charge. Now I will order again, by only by telephone because of the help I got over the phone.
