This is 11th basket I have sent this year and every single person had no clue who they received the basket from. Several put the basket on facebook saying whoever sent me this wonderful basket, thank you. Two of the baskets were to my children's girlfriends, so they were able to tell them who had sent them. When you spend that kind of money, the recipient should not have to ask who it comes from. Your baskets are awesome but you truly need a better way to present the gift card. Where is it located anyway?

The gift basket was great, nice selection of products. Was very happy with that. Shipping and arrival left some thing to be desired. I ordered the basket several weeks ahead of time, wanting it to arrive on a special day. That arrival day was shown on my order up to the time of shipping, then it moved from a Friday to the following Monday. The special arrival day was missed. Very disappointed with that.

Although the baskets are nice quality, I specifically wanted the baskets delivered on a certain day to be sure the recipients were home and they weren't so I was a little disappointed in that since I ordered them in plenty of time before Christmas.
