Hello, my Mother's 80+ and has everything. I bust my brain to find something she'll like/use. I ordered this gift basket extra early, requesting delivery date well before Mother's Day, and something totally unexpected and stupid occured with a delivery to someone who lives in a gated, senior (over 55) communitiy that delivery people are more than aware of, as the same company delivered flowers to her the same day. This nonsense, with zero advance warning/stipulation to either me or the recipient, was extremely disappointing. Should you like to continue to do business w/ me and my mother, I do think you should at least refund my shipping charges, if not the entire order.

This product was what I expected. Matched the picture that was advertised. Person who received the product was very happy. Delivery was possibly the worst I have ever had to deal with. Product was supposed to be for a family members birthday. Was delivered five days late. After the first day of not being delivered Wine and Country knocked $8.00 off the shipping charge and told me it would be delivered the next day. Did not get delivered for another four days.

I want to start out with Wine Country stands behind their product 100%! The delivery date was changed by Fedex and Wine Country refunded me the delivery charge - not a problem!! A couple of the items were on the stale side and they replaced within a couple of days. I think their customer service is great! They stand behind their product. I have already recommended them to family and friends. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. My recipient said the basket was absolutely beautiful! She was excited and couldnt wait to use.
