My mom loved receiving this luxurious basket full of fine wines and delicious goodies. UPS tried to ruin the weekend with shady tactics (signature was required but they didn't even ring the doorbell!), but Customer Service at Wine Country Gift baskets did everything in their power to save the day!! After speaking with my friend, I have to write that the assortment and wine surpassed my hopes that he and his family would enjoy and appreciate the gift. In fact, he couldn't say enough great things about the quality of everything that was in the basket. The basket arrived exactly when I wanted and the presentation was impecable. This is a gift that they will talk about to many for a long time and I will definitely refer others to WCGB. The process was quick and easy and the outcome was fantastic!
