I already emailed about this issue for all packages I ordered on 12/8/23. None were delivered on the date I requested. I was told that those selected delivery dates were only requests, and your company can't honor those. You should have a delivery "window" so people know when to expect a delivery and not hide this wording in your small print. As you are aware the alcohol orders need to be signed by someone which is why people select a date. I have been ordering from you for years but have already looked at more reliable companies to order gifts from in the future. I won't be ordering from you again. Thank you,
