Do you see a trend here? You can use any spice, or any blend of spices, to infuse olive oil with! Use 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. of spice/seasoning per cup of oil. It's that easy!

Directions:
1. Wash and sterilize your glass bottle well. You don't want any leftover bacteria in the jar or it will grow bacteria, which cannot grow in oil, but can in water.
2. In a small saucepan, warm your olive oil to the point where small bubbles form around the rim. Add your spice and allow to infuse for 20-30 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and allow to cool.
3. Using your funnel, add your mixture to your jar.
4. Seal and use liberally, and store in the refrigerator. Oil infusion will be good for about 12 days. Enjoy!
