Ingredients:

1 Yam, washed thoroughly
1/2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
10 Mini Marshmallows
Honey
Pinch of Salt


Directions:

1. Poke the yam with a fork a few times and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 50-55 minutes or until soft. You can test for softness by poking a knife into the yam to see how easily it inserts. Once done, remove the yam and slice an opening into the top.

2. In a small bowl, combine the butter and brown sugar. Stuff the yam with the marshmallows, then pour in the brown sugar mixture.

3. Place bake in the oven, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until marshmallows are browned.

4. Top with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of honey, and serve warm.
