Ingredients:
3 C. Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
2 C. Confectioner’s Sugar
1 ½ C. Cocoa Powder
1 ½ C. White Chocolate Chips


Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor until powdered, and store in an airtight container.


2. To prepare a cup of hot cocoa, add 1 C. warm milk to 1/3 C. Hot Cocoa Mix. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream and enjoy!
